Hello and Welcome!

I have been working as a Holistic Health Professional since 1997, following my search for a natural approach to health and wellness in the early 90’s.

I began my training at the highly respected Totnes Natural Health Centre in Devon, England. www.tnhc.co.uk and was keen to specialise in Healing modalities which address what is considered to be the key contributors to ill health in today’s modern world; Stress and Tension.

I first qualified and practised as a Reflexologist and went on to study Reiki Healing and in 2000 became a Reiki Master/Teacher. A year after migrating to Victoria in late 2001, I was fortunate enough to meet and become a very close friend of Sister Eileen of Queenswood Centre, who has been most instrumental in encouraging my way forward.

Later that year, I studied The Reconnection and Reconnective Healing with Dr. Eric Pearl, author of “The Reconnection, Heal others Heal yourself” and received my certification in 2002.

Most recently, I trained and qualified to practice the beautiful, ancient art of Indian Head Massage; an integral part of India’s 5000 year old system of Ayurvedic Medicine Bodywork. This is now one of the most popular treatments in Europe and becoming so in North America.

Throughout this time I have learned the simplicity of Healing; a journey of discovery on which I continue to expand my knowledge and understanding of the meaning of life from a Spiritual perspective. (www.wordsfromspirit.com)
